John Guest Plumbing Fittings Plastic Tube Insert – 10 Pack. Tube Inserts to suit all 12mm John Guest plumbing tube. Why do you need to use John Guest Tube Inserts? They are used in hot water applications to support the tube/pipe wall which ensures a far more effective seal. Prevents tube from being compressed/pushed out of shape. How do you use John Guest Tube Inserts? Simply slide into tube end before inserting any push-on fittings, easy as that. Required for hot water pipe but not essential for cold water pipes. |
