Hello, thank you for your enquiry. These freezer door spring housings are the left and right set and only ones available from Dometic in this particular style as pictured. The other side of each housing does have small tiny knobs to indicate left and right.
Upon checking the spare part diagram of the fridge mentioned, the exploded diagram shows these housings and the part numbers listed are the same as mentioned in the description for this listing. Hope this information is helpful.
