Cruisemaster DO35-V3PLUS3.5T Coupling Hitch, Bolt Kit + Lock. As caravans get heavier and weight distribution systems more wide spread, Cruisemaster went back to basics to product the DO35 Version 3 Plus that can handle it all. The new DO35 V3Plus is the strongest coupling Cruisemaster have ever made, and is over 50% stronger than the outgoing model. This is due to the use of forged steel, high quality polyurethane, laser cut stainless steel and precision casting. Let the adventures continue with the DO35 V3 Plus! Cruisemaster’s drop-on 3.5T articulating all-terrain pin coupling.

Exclusive to the V3Plus is patented “Checklock” generation 2 Dust Cap & Bumper for an easy, secure seal; improved bumper moulding gives the from reflector strip improved staying power; and rear support webbing allows for mounting upside down on the underside of the drawbar.

ON-ROAD USE:

The inherit safety that comes with the articulation and ADR compliant locking mechanism of the DO35 means when the worst happens, you couldn’t be in safer hands. If a roll-over occurs when travelling, the DO35 is less likely to disconnect or roll the vehicle with the caravan/trailer, than many other couplings currently available. The DO35 gives you the reassurance that your hitch can handle any road put in front of it.

OFF-ROAD USE:

The articulation of the DO35 allows you to take your caravan or trailer anywhere the 4WD can get with its rotational articulation both horizontally and vertically. The DO35 has high quality poly bushes and is fully greaseable to reduce wear in the toughest of terrains.

GEN. 2 DO35 LOCK:

With components made from stainless steel, the Cruisemaster official Gen. 2 DO35 Lock ensures the safety of your RV when you’re not around.

Secure your RV by inserting the dummy pin into the DO35/45 (V1) universal joint from the top end, and the top of the pin will protrude out at the bottom. The lock is then fitted to the protruding end of the pin and can be locked with a key, making the coupling inoperable, preventing others being able to hitch up to your RV or trailer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The DO35’s E-Coat provides superior corrosion protection it may fade with extended exposure to UV. This does not effect the operation of the DO35. To best maintain the finish of the product, we recommend covering the DO35 coupling when not in use if stored outside and exposed to direct UV.
