• Torsion hitches require some initial towing for a few hundred kilometres with a load to properly adjust the torsion rubbers for their intended flexibility. During assembly, Gen-Y Hitch freeze the torsion rubbers to fit them into the housing. This initial towing period helps them settle in and start functioning as expected.
