To ensure we can dispatch you order the same day (for purchase made before 2pm), please complete your payment by following the instructions on Ebay. If you need assistance please send us a message through Ebay and one of our team will guide you through the process.
We accept payments through PayPal and bank deposit, If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use this option as a guest and pay with your credit card. If paying by bank deposit please use your username as the reference so we can match up your payment.

Shipping and Estimated Time Frames
Please note the delivery time frame estimates displayed are generated by eBay and are sometimes inaccurate. Whilst we dispatch daily Our courier services use the road network and it can take some time for items to be delivered depending on the postal location in relation to the Sunshine Coast.
We use Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and TNT to ship our items. We will endeavour to use Fastway Couriers first for all items under 5kg as they will get your purchase to you the fastest, however if they don’t service your area we will use Australia Post. We use TNT for all our large items.
Items purchased before 2pm will be sent the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot send out on weekends or public holidays, we will send out the next business day.
ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OF YOUR PARCEL AND YOU HAVE ANY ENQUIRIES OF ITS WHEREABOUTS ONCE LEFT FROM US PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST LOCAL DEPOT (i.e Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT) AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP WITH ALL ENQUIRIES AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs.
FAULTY ITEMS: Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase. Please keep your eBay invoice/receipt as after 90 days eBay deletes them from our records and we are no longer able to print a new one for you.
